2024 St. Nicholas Project Shopping Day
It's the most wonderful time of the year! St. Nicholas Shopping Day is back in store with our retail partner, Old Navy.
The St. Nicholas Program ensures that individuals and families in need receive winter gifts during the holidays – coats, gloves, sweaters, and more. In addition, throughout the year, caseworkers aid these same individuals by providing job coaching, emergency financial assistance, food, and school supplies.
We will be shopping for approximately 100 families on December 7th and we need your help!
Volunteers will act as shoppers to help us hand-select coats, pajamas, sweaters, and more for vulnerable families throughout NYC. All items have been purchased by Catholic Charities, but we need your keen sense of fashion to bundle sets of clothing for each family member! Shoppers of all ages are welcomed to join in on the fun!
What you will do:
- Shop for families (volunteers will receive a family profile and shop for each family member)
- Help load the trucks with clothing bundles
- Bag and sort items

Saturday, December 7th, 7:45 AM - 10:00 AM
